is boo#1169783 now fixed? Otherwise, I'm not going to accept this

For boo#1169783, I only kept the updates which synchronized with the upstream fixes and gave up the rest of my own changes. So far there has been no negative response from the community for half a month. and I have tested it in various of my phisical/virtual machines with different hardware configurations, so I hope to do additional test through Factory's openQA examination.

ok, let's give this a try. Sad thing is that openQA did not catch the bug in first place - despite having full disk encrypted tests.
