I think the problem is rather the custom line about PIL.pth. At least
-%python_expand %fdupes %{buildroot}%{$python_sitearch}
# add missing path
%{python_expand echo "PIL" > %{buildroot}%{$python_sitearch}/PIL.pth}
+%python_expand %fdupes %{buildroot}%{$python_sitearch}
fixes the warning
