thanks for your submission. there are a few adjustments needed in order to maintain that in factory.
* please create a .changes file (see https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Creating_a_changes_file_(RPM) )
* please set _service mode to "disabled" and run it once manually via "osc service disabledrun" and then addremove/commit the result.
* please set "Release: 0" in the spec-file. in general "spec-cleaner -i *ec" might give you a much more policy-compliant spec file.
