- Add haptic support in feedback via udev rule
Maybe this fits better phosh-helpers? Combining it with the LED udev rules? I'm going to rename feedbackd-led.rules to feedbackd-hw.rules

Should be here i think.
We can drop the udev rules from phosh-helpers, as this supersedes those, will do right now
btw, you can install the udev rule directly from the tar.xz, no need to add it externally
