What's with all the unrelated text reorganization? It makes the spec file less readable and the comment doesn't make sense anymore.

that's called spec-cleaner - the comment for gcc-c++ was moved together with it, so would still be at the right spec.
the wasted newlines don't really add to readability IMHO, but your package, your choice.
the diff on the man file would be the correct thing to do... but again, essentially I care for the build fix against glib2 2.70.5 so we can unlock GNOME 42
