Omission on my side - it seems that author of the package explicitly warns about using GitHub generated link, so I have modified the Source to point to the proper location and also provide proper tarball. I apologize for the noise.

Source URLs are not valid. Try osc service runall download_files. mg-3.5.tar.gz /home/go/co/980152/mg/mg-3.5.tar.gz differ: byte 9, line 1 ERROR: download_files is configured to fail when the upstream file is different than the committed file... this is the case!

Seems the tarball does not match what the provided url provides.
