I think you have that condition other way around. Anyway, FTBFS.

I think I have it correct. And there is not a single fail in the buildlog.

`Staging_setuptools63`: succeeded *without* watchfiles in the buildinfo

openSUSE_Factory: is plain Factory:standard, where there is no watchfiles yet

openSUSE_Tumbleweed: blocked because other packages have not built yet. Will build *with* watchfiles. (Tested locally)
