- refresh ppc64 patch
- Link dllthreads.so with -lpthread so that pthread_atfork
  is included statically. 

- license update: QPL-1.0 and SUSE-LGPL-2.0-with-linking-exception

  suitable shortname available on spdx.org check the spreadsheet linked at
