second go at implementing support for supporting lmms' internal carla plugins... today i've been working with falkTX (the carla developer and maker of KXStudio) to iron out the remaining issues: i backported his fix for a missing case in a switch statement, and he modified the lmms plugin source to deal with a a hardcoded resource path for systems that use lib64/ for 64bit architectures. tested and works as expected now.

  The previous commit used a random git commit, even if it said 1.1.0
- Revert back to lmms-1.0.0-crippled_stk.patch
- Remove precheckin_cripple_tarball.sh and related

- Update the Source tag with the new download URL
