Due to a gdal bug in GeoTiff handling, some packages do require gdal >=3.1. So I would like to ask for an upgrade of gdal to version 3.2.0 for Leap 15.3. See https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/36699#issuecomment-633539864 . The background is, that I would love to see qgis in Leap 15.3, and this is a prerequisite.
