- There is a file conflict in current wayland-devel-32bit and
prvevious libwayland-egl-devel-32bit package; therefore add
a conflicts to baselibs.conf
- obsolete/provide libwayland-egl-devel 18.0.2 also on sle15-sp4
- Update to release 1.19
* This release mostly contains bug fixes and minor
protocol updates.
