- Remove patches fixed upstream:
  xine-lib-crippled-ffmpeg3.0.patch, xine-lib-ffmpeg3.0.patch and
  xine-lib-link-xcb.patch.
- Removed precheckin_cripple_tarball.sh and integrated it into the
  spec file.
- Upstream changes:
