The GNU C Library provides the most important standard libraries used
by nearly all programs: the standard C library, the standard math
library, and the POSIX thread library. A system is not functional
without these libraries.

libnsl1 (libnsl.so.1) is missing in SUSE TumbleWeed needed by Steam (steamui.so).

Any specific reason why !?

Initial run of Steam:

You are missing the following 32-bit libraries, and Steam may not run:
libnsl.so.1

It fortunatelly seems to run fine without it when pulling tons of other 32-bit libraries, but this could have been preserved for backwards compatibility . . .
