When I try to install through opi arduino-cli I get the following issue
Problem: nothing provides 'cross-avr-gcc10' needed by the to be installed arduino-cli-0.18.3-lp153.2.1.x86_64 Solution 1: do not install arduino-cli-0.18.3-lp153.2.1.x86_64 Solution 2: break arduino-cli-0.18.3-lp153.2.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
Looks like Leap 15.3 only have GCC7 for avr. You can safely break
arduino-cliand installcross-avr-gcc7package. It should work for now. I will update this package. Thanks for mentioning!
