snes9x
Snes9x is a portable, freeware Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the SNES and Super Famicom Nintendo game systems on your PC.
Additionally, this package contains a graphical front-end making the use of Snes9x a lot less difficult.

Could we submit emulators to Factory? I have seen higan disappeared from OBS. Don't know why. Is here some legal issues that force openSUSE remove emulators?
Snes9x forbids commercial use. Even though the full source code is available, it's license is therefore non-free and not compatible with the rules for openSUSE's main repository.
No idea what happened to Higan.
If you don't want to add the whole Emulators repository, an alternative is my home:KAMiKAZOW:Emulators repo. It contains only a handful of emulators but it's curated by me and I aim not to throw in all random stuff in there that could interfere with the OS's stability.

Thanks for the heads up. Sadly compilation fails and I'm not sure if I overlooked something, if it's an openSUSE-specific thing, or if a bug crept in upstream.
