- Fix build with KF5Plasma 5.89. The file is installed again.

@aaronpuchert I've reverted the change. I'll fix this package and submit. They need to go in the same staging
Seems that desktop file in
%{_kf5_servicesdir}will reappear with 5.89, or is that just experimental?This needs to be
