Sort lexically, but sort numeral parts numerically

This module exports two functions, nsort and ncmp; they are used in
implementing my idea of a "natural sorting" algorithm. Under natural
sorting, numeric substrings are compared numerically, and other word-
characters are compared lexically.

new perl package, based on this list: is in devel:languages:perl without additional dependencies against O:F, has non-trivial test suite and is included in debian stable and has standard perl license
