Make temporary edits to Go module dependencies
gohack allows for mutable checkouts of Go module dependencies.
gohack get enhances go get by managing go.mod replace directives
pointing to local clones of dependencies the developer wants to modify.

- Initial import of version 1.0.2. gohack is a command line tool for making temporary local edits to Go module dependencies. This packaging uses OBS Source Service obs-service-go_modules to download, verify and vendor go module dependencies. Selected recent changelog entries include: * main: fix definition and implementation of relative GOHACK (#49) * Allow relative paths in GOHACK env var (#45) * gohack undo: restore old replace comment correctly
