Please note: the Require for setuptools in my submission wasn't a leftover. It simply doesn't work without it. GMT building fails when setuptools is not installed, as pkg_ressources cannot be resolved.
Sorry about that, could you please submit new SR fixing this. Possibly even include a comment in the sense “I mean it!”.
