Utilities needed to create and maintain ext2 and ext3 file systems
under Linux. Included in this package are: chattr, lsattr, mke2fs,
mklost+found, tune2fs, e2fsck, resize2fs, and badblocks.

e2fsprogs can run tests - and doing some local testing, I noticed the build service complaining about missing tests. Maybe something along the lines of the following should (or could) be added to the OBS e2fsprogs.spec file? I hope the maintainers don't mind me placing this in a comment...
