Using SQLAlchemy with Spatial Databases
GeoAlchemy 2 provides python extensions to SQLAlchemy for working with spatial databases.
GeoAlchemy 2 focuses on PostGIS. PostGIS 1.5 and PostGIS 2 are supported.
