OpenSUSE OpenSSH with XtreemOS adaptations

WARNING this package will be broken on a regular basis due to OpenSUSE's OpenSSH evolving. Changes in upstream (aka linked project on OBS, not OpenSSH official sources) prevent project.diff from applying, thus broken state.
Read XtreemOS's SVN README.packaging to refresh the patch and fix this. Note that the previous binary RPM should still be available in the repository, so it isn't as urgent as it may seems.
