- Tight up systemd service file, this daemon does not need network and can use PrivateNetwork=yes (forwarded request 135723 from elvigia)

Haveged is no longer necessary since around kernel 5.6.. at least we need to drop the udev rules, never activate it as default and drop all the initrd parts.
