  * merge with upstream update

  * postfix-vda-v14-3.0.3.patch

    postfix-post-install.patch
- postfix-linux45.patch: handle Linux 4.x and Linux 5.x (used by aarch64)

openSUSE Tumbleweed. After upgrade from version 3.2.4 to 3.3.0, I have the same issue as described here: https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2018-03/msg00672.html (lots of mysql warnings in the log).
