- bsc#1071807 postfix-SuSE/config.postfix: only reload postfix
  if the actual service is running. This prevents spurious
  and irrelevant error messages in system logs. (forwarded request 594825 from adamm)

openSUSE Tumbleweed. After upgrade from version 3.2.4 to 3.3.0, I have the same issue as described here: https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2018-03/msg00672.html (lots of mysql warnings in the log).
