- fix build against guile 2.0+

- use wrapper for running daemon and alter service file to use it
  - if there is new daemon available - use it
  - if there is not, use the one from this package

- require guile-git and libgit2-devel for build
- bump to 0.14.0

It's already in devel:languages:misc, but the SR to Factory had been declined.

Yeah, that needs to be raised to libguile-ssh14, but can't build ATM see https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1037417
