Fix copy'n'paste mistake in the change log - Point LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the just-built libraries while calling make test. - Create a 2nd talloc-man spec-file to avoid a build cycle. - Recommend to install talloc-man from libtalloc-devel. - Add doxygen at build time to add the development documentation. - Disable rpath-install and silent-rules while configure.
