- Add explicit Provides for "python-rtslib-rbd", to advertise Ceph RBD
  backstore support; (bnc#947555).
- Hardcode Release tag for SES2 release.
- Load the RBD backstore kernel module during initialization, if

  - use new patch
  - obsolete lio-utils (to avoid conflicts)
- Fix debian copyright file to refer to correct license
