NLopt is a free/open-source library for nonlinear optimization, providing a common interface for a number of different free optimization routines available online as well as original implementations of various other algorithms.

- Build for all supported python flavours. - Edit flavor names so that auto-generated python packages are called pythonXY-nlopt and not pythonXY-nlopt-bindings; no-name flavor now builds the bindings, while "main" flavor builds the main C/C++ library and devel package.
