It has a large user base across many areas of engineering and science,

OpenFOAM has an extensive range of features to solve anything from

transfer, to solid dynamics and electromagnetics.

- adjust spec file to use rpm macros, avoid rsync - definite explicit libptscotch runtime dependency instead of relying on automatic resolution. This eliminates ambiguity between openmpi, mpich and other flavours

Need to see what is happening here. The build looks successful, but only the nonarch bits (common,devel,doc,tutorials) are being updated on the download. The binary bits are not.
