Revision 16 (latest revision is 25)
- use c++14 for rpm build. OpenFOAM has OpenFOAM has gcc >= 4.8.5 (c++11), but leap15.1 etc have gcc >= 6.1 and can use c++14. This seems to be needed for newer CGAL versions happy (ie tumbleweed)

Need to see what is happening here. The build looks successful, but only the nonarch bits (common,devel,doc,tutorials) are being updated on the download. The binary bits are not.
