OpenFOAM is a free, open source computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
software package produced by OpenCFD Ltd with twice yearly releases.

It has a large user base across many areas of engineering and science,
used in academic, government and commercial organizations.
OpenFOAM has an extensive range of features to solve anything from
complex fluid flows involving chemical reactions, turbulence and heat
transfer, to solid dynamics and electromagnetics.

- improve subpackages dependencies and drop mpicc runtime dependency
- update to upstream packaging tools
- make openfoam-selector requirement configurable
- split into more subpackages (similar to debian).
- provide separate -devel package.
- directory names are now openfoamVER instead of openfoam-VER.
This aligns with debian packaging and ensures that documentation
  remains more consistent.
- /usr/bin/openfoam-VER becomes openfoamVER accordingly
- drop gnuplot requirement. Nice for some tutorials, but not necessary
and pulls in too much other stuff.

Need to see what is happening here. The build looks successful, but only the nonarch bits (common, devel, doc, tutorials) are being updated on the download. The binary bits are not.
