The current petsc package in the science repository is a broken link. I've no idea why or when it became broken. PETSc is required by many computational science softwares for its linear and nonlinear system solvers. I've recreated the package at the current released version and added the previous changelog from my currently installed rpm of petsc. Please accept this package into the science repository, there is no other source of petsc for openSUSE_Leap and openSUSE_Tumbleweed currently.
