monitoring-plugins-jitsi - Check command for Jitsi video conference server

This plugin is using the private rest API of the Jitsi videobridge. Please
enable the rest API first by appending '--apis=rest' to the JVB_OPTS in the videobridge config.

- allow to define / use the host.address variable as specified in 
  the hosts configuration: check_jitsi_icinga_hosts.patch
- Do not auto-install broken package with icinga (fixes bsc#1177548)

Causes current icinga to error:

/usr/share/icinga2/include/plugins-contrib.d/services-jitsi.conf(3): /usr/share/icinga2/include/plugins-contrib.d/services-jitsi.conf(4): address = 10.10.10.10 ^^^^^ /usr/share/icinga2/include/plugins-contrib.d/services-jitsi.conf(5): display_name = "ACME Jitsi server" /usr/share/icinga2/include/plugins-contrib.d/services-jitsi.conf(6):
