iptraf: update to 1.1.4 and fixed floating point exception
This update fixes the following issues with iptraf:
- bnc#841156: fix "Floating point exception" in tcplog_flowrate_msg()
- Update to new upstream release 1.1.4:
* update all rates not only the visible ones
* add 802.1ad / 802.1ah / QinQ ethertypes
