Recommended update for smuxi
This update for smuxi fixes the following issues:
- Fix crash with Mono >= 4 (boo#955080).
- Add runtime dependency mono-data-sqlite for smuxi-engine (boo#955082).
- Add runtime dependency mono-locale-extras for smuxi-frontend-gnome (boo#955084).
