Recommended update for hyper-v
This update for hyper-v provides the following fixes:
- Check if VSS daemon is listening before a hot backup (bsc#1029693)
- Ensure kvp device file descriptor is closed on exec
- Add PCI pass-through UUID to lsvmbus.
