- Update to version 0.8.3.1:
  * Fixed model detection for Qstarz BT-Q1000P: not Holux format.
  * Added detection of Holux GPSport 245 and Holux M-1000C.
  * Refactored handling of Holux separators: HOLUXxxxxxLOGGER and
    HOLUXxxxxxWAYPNT.
  * Changed behaviour with-i switch: do not save bad data into the
    GPX. Added the -I switch to download also bad data.
  * Fixed a bug in identifying model (and flash memory size).
  * Added iBlue 747A+ to the known models.
  * Added binmode() call when opening binary files.

  * Added flash memory size for 747 A+ GPS Trip Recorder,
    thanks to Thomas Siedlich.
  * Added support for the Holux M-1200E, which does not embed
    the Holux string into the binary data. A new -x switch is
    required to read back such data. Thanks to Paulius Zaleckas.
  * Added some GPS models to known flash memory size.
  * Changed range of loggin criteria, allowing floating point values
    from 0.10 to 9999999.90, thanks to Stanislav Brabec.
  * Added support for Holux M-241 firmware 1.13, thanks to Stefan
    Schöfegger and Luca Niccoli.
  * Error message for device open errors.
