A subpackage has been added to break the cycle build dependency with icmake. Should be okay for Factory now.
That smells like a cycle;

Confirmed already in devel prj
Indeed, with the new version of icmake (10.03.00), the creator adding libbobcat as dependency. And this one need a versioned icmake at least at 8.03.00 to be build: https://gitlab.com/fbb-git/bobcat/-/blob/master/bobcat/required
After talking with the creator of this both projects, he has planned to add light bobcat library construction facility, where it will not require icmake. He has planned to add this for the next release. In that way, We could think to have a sub-package of bobcat ("bobcat-light") which be required by icmake without required it. And hopefully, fix the build require dependency
