What should I do here? If it breaks Mesa the fix is Mesa needs to explicitly request rust1.66, rather than blocking every other package from getting 1.67. That's why we did the multi-version thing in the first place :)

Yes it's a (very rare) regression, but we can also work around it for now in the package, while we decide what to do with the patch that may be needed to resolve that regression.
