Builds broke for 0.16.2 due to the use of a deprecated FFmpeg
attribute in one of the examples, which is fixed by the added
patch.
This patch has been already been merged upstream, and so can be
removed from this package once 0.16.3 has been released.

glfo#wlroots/wlroots!4036is enough for me to understand that later :) So our users don't need to have this information in the changelog.
