1. We are not told why we need it in Factory, so I supposed we shouldn’t care,
2. Please, instead of that horrible construct on the top, you can just say `BuildRequires: %{python_module base >= 3.10}` and be done with it.
3. Otherwise it looks reasonable.

Unlike `BuildRequires: %{python_module base >= 3.10}` the horrible construct actually works.
why do we need this package in Factory?
It's a requirement for Gajim.
