A possible solution to the following problem in 'python-grpcio-tools' by using the system abseil in 'python-grpcio':
ImportError: /usr/lib64/python3.9/site-packages/grpc/cython/cygrpc.cpython-39-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: _ZN3re23RE213GlobalReplaceEPNSt7_cxx1112basic_stringIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEERKS0_N4absl12lts_2023012511string_viewE
