pkgconfig(vulkan) is provided by vulkan-devel which in turn is built by vulkan-loader.

so you actually buildrequire $self here - which can't work (self-cycle - no chance to build prior to building it)

Hi @jengelh There is a change here that'll make impossible for this package to build forever because the package is depending on itself:

-BuildRequires:  vulkan-headers >= %version
 BuildRequires:  pkgconfig(pciaccess)
+BuildRequires:  pkgconfig(vulkan) >= 1.3.261

Could you please revert this change?
