Agree to disagree with the recommendation there: it also helps a different packager who may want to understand when new BRs were introduced and so forth. In the same way, patches are already applied by the time the user gets the package, but we do mention it, from my understanding, mainly for packaging purposes.

Please log to the .changes file the
ExcludeArchand other highlights of changes made to the spec file (added BuildRequires, etc.)The changelog is targeted at the end user, and thus changes listed should be limited to ones relevant for end users.
BuildRequires are only relevant in so far as they may enable/disable features visible to the user. Is it relevant if the program now uses QtConcurrent internally - no.
The ExcludeArch and accompanying is only a hint for the OBS and any future packager, nothing has changed, aarch64 never built successfully.
