those user() and group() provides happen automatically when using sysusers.d
thanks for info, did not go into %sysusers_pre script to see what is behind so that is why i have added it in any case. will update it (remove) at some moment.
it's the combination of
BuildRequires: sysuser-toolsand the installation of the conf file into /usr/lib/sysusers.d that triggers the provides script in rpm(see /usr/lib/rpm/fileattrs/sysusers.attr from sysuser-tools)
