why would you care for strip? our binaries are already stripped, so if dracut wants strip, just tell him no.

Coolo, the binutils is only a runtime requirements. Binutils is installed as soon as the user installs gcc or even some of the OBS tools. Strangely enough I also notice that postgresql-server is requiring the package also.
