The submit is fine but the package looks wrong to me. First of all it's violating our shlib policy. In other words, the base package should rather be named libkonkret$SONAME. Also, why are those binaries part of the -devel package? It's ok to have headers / cmake and *.so files in there though. Lastly, the python bindinds should be named "python-konkret", since we also have a Python packaging policy ;-)
