- Make if build for oS 13.1

- Add upstream patch to patch tar ball to fix Xfig crash on
dash-dotted lines (bnc#860322)

- Update underlying source tar ball to xfig.3.2.5c
- Delete patches
xfig.3.2.5b-bnc777469.diff and xfig.3.2.5b-bnc657393.dif
as those are part of xfig.3.2.5c
- Change patches
xfig.3.2.5-urw-fonts.dif, xfig.3.2.3d-international-std-fonts.dif,
xfig.3.2.5b-locale.dif, xfig.3.2.5b-pspdftex.dif, and
xfig.3.2.5b-preview.dif to fit xfig.3.2.5c
- Modify Imakefile to support new libXaw3d-1.6.2
