Following https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/windows:mingw:win64/mingw64-gtk3?linkrev=base&rev=29 there seems to be an unfulfillable dependency of the gtk3-lang package on "mingw64-gtk3", which should instead be fulfilled by "libgtk-3-0"
